The hotel has impeccable cleanliness. Housekeeping maintained a neat and tidy environment. I enjoyed the amazing breakfast and dinner spread at Tamara. The variety and quality of food were outstanding. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and efficient. The staff throughout the hotel were extremely courteous. They readily assisted with any queries. However, I faced some frustrating billing issues. There was a lack of coordination between the front desk and restaurant staff, leading to confusion in my final bill. That definitely affected my overall satisfaction with the stay.

Great stay for 4 nights in a deluxe king room. The room had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a minibar. Loved the bathroom with free toiletries and a shower. Breakfast was a buffet with a huge variety, including fresh fruits and pastries. The spa facilities were amazing, totally relaxing after a long day. Staff was super friendly and attentive.

The hotel is a stone's throw from gandhi smriti and just a pleasant walk to the vibrant connaught place, making it perfect for my weekend city strolls while enjoying the lush greenery around india gate. i was also blown away by the excellent service from the staff who made my stay comfortable and welcoming.

Had an unforgettable experience with the friendly staff at the restaurant, they really made us feel at home. The warm atmosphere during breakfast was like being in a fancy café, the choices were endless, and I couldn’t help but indulge.

I recently had a delightful 3-night stay in the Deluxe Twin Room. The hotel staff were incredibly attentive, genuinely caring about my comfort throughout my visit. I was especially impressed by the dining options. the Italian restaurant offered exquisite dishes and the breakfast buffet was a lavish affair with a wide variety of delights. One area for improvement could be the noise levels in the hallways, which were occasionally disruptive.

Had an amazing stay for 2 nights in the Premier King Room! The rooftop pool had stunning views, and the spa was a total treat. They even surprised us with a romantic bouquet for our anniversary—talk about personal touches! The fitness center was well-equipped for my workouts too.

My stay at Shangri-La Eros New Delhi was wonderful. The location couldn’t be better. easy access to the major attractions and a private gated entrance added to the sense of security. The room I stayed in was bright and spacious, featuring a very comfortable king size bed and modern décor that had a nice Asian touch. The shower pressure was fantastic, perfect after long days out. Breakfast was an absolute highlight with an extensive spread of Indian, Asian, and continental dishes. Every dish I tried was delicious. The staff were exceptional. I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived, and the housekeeping team was particularly friendly and attentive. They kept my room spotless and were always up for a chat during my mornings. However, I did face some billing confusion upon check-out that left me slightly frustrated. It seemed like there was a miscommunication regarding some charges, which detracted a bit from an otherwise perfect visit.
